Job description
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at SalesJack, you'll own major product surfaces end-to-end, partnering with founders and lead engineers to set architectural direction and raise the engineering bar. You'll work on a fast-growing, profitable sales software platform, building tools that solve real problems for customers and transform industry workflows.
You'll own entire product features from problem identification to shipping, talk to customers directly, make architectural calls, build across a Node.js stack, design and operate authentication and RBAC systems, and set technical standards.
We're looking for someone with 8-10 years of full stack engineering experience, deep expertise in React and Next.js, strong backend chops in Node.js, and advanced PostgreSQL skills. You should have a real product brain, strong product taste, and customer instinct, with the ability to make tradeoff calls and push back on bad designs.
