This position is hybrid working 3 days a week in our Legacy West Support Center located in Plano, Texas. As Director, Human Resources, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers to shape the organization HR strategy, anticipating trends and bringing strong understanding of business and associate requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years in progressive HR Generalist experience required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years in a HR leadership position, overseeing a team strongly preferred.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Strong project management and operations skills with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives using influence and indirect management skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage on time delivery of work.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
