Payroll/HRIS Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance across various jurisdictions. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll, HRIS administration, people operations, or a related role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, with comfort using formulas and working with large datasets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communicator who can explain payroll and systems topics clearly to non-technical partners
