Job description
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can own mission-critical customer deployments, solve hard integration challenges, and work directly with founders, enterprise partners, and high-scale customers. This is a hybrid role that blends senior engineering, solutions architecture, and customer-facing problem solving.
Lead customer deployments end-to-end, integrate deeply with customer systems, instrument and scale AI agents, be the technical point of contact, solve messy real-world problems, influence the core product, and create repeatable playbooks.
You'll work with a tiny, elite engineering team shipping at true startup speed, get meaningful ownership over the core product and customer outcomes, and help build the playbooks for how AI gets deployed in the trades.
