Machine Builder

Assemble manufactured and purchased components to meet specifications, plan and coordinate work, and ensure print updates are completed. Occasional travel required for extended periods.

Requirements

• Certificate as a Machine Builder, Machinist, Maintenance Technician, or 10 years of equivalent work experience
• 5 years' experience in building custom automated machines
• 5 years' experience reading and interpreting drawings and solid models
• 2 years' experience in a lead role
• Demonstrated knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools (Knee Mill, Surface Grinder, Lathe)
• 3 years' experience using computers and computer software
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
