Job Description
The Mental Health Counselor II provides mental health evaluation, intensive case management services, and counseling to clients in a mobile case management team. They will work with a diverse client population and provide ongoing pro-active supports in the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years’ professional experience in a mental health setting
- Case management experience necessary
- Access to personal vehicle, good driving record, and insurable by the Center’s auto insurance carrier
