Bank Project Worker

Bank Project Worker will support clients by assessing their needs, managing finances, promoting social inclusion, and working with statutory and non-statutory agencies. The role requires previous experience in a supported living environment or working with victims of domestic abuse.

Requirements

• NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
• Previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background gained in a supported living environment in a project worker capacity
• Sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management
• Good understanding of occupancy agreements
• The ability to react effectively under pressure
• The ability to work on your own initiative and ability to source innovative solutions to problems
• Empathetic and non-judgmental with good interpersonal and customer care skills
