The Lending Center Consultant Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Lending Center Consultants to deliver exceptional and efficient customer service to members. This role plays a pivotal role and is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of LCCs while ensuring compliance with lending regulations, internal policies, achieving business targets and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
