Requirements
- Consultative Service: Build member relationships, open accounts, and guide members through loan applications.
- Transaction Accuracy: Securely handle cash, process financial transactions, and balance drawers flawlessly.
- Goal Driven: Proactively identify financial needs to meet or exceed individual and branch performance goals.
- Team Flexibility: Adapt to changing branch needs, assisting with opening, closing, and routine operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to credit union policies, financial laws, BSA, and OFAC regulations.
