Lead Quality Systems & Compliance

Role Overview

Responsible for quality requirements at the Holzkirchen site, compliance with Sandoz quality system requirements and local and international regulatory requirements. Leads the development, maintenance and monitoring of quality systems to support business continuity.

What You Will Do

Responsible for standard operating procedures, GmP guidelines, monitoring and evaluating GmP conformity, leading internal and external audits/inspections, and personnel leadership responsibility for the Quality Systems & Compliance team.

Requirements

• Fach-University degree, e.g. chemistry, pharmacy or comparable study
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the quality area and ideally in the generics environment
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory environment
• Very good GXP knowledge
• Outstanding leadership, motivation, and communication skills
• Fluent German and English
