Process Engineer

Role Overview

The Process Engineer supports advanced manufacturing operations through capital investment projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and daily technical support. This role collaborates with R&D, global production units, and suppliers to maintain and enhance production technologies while supporting new product development.

Key responsibilities include improving quality and productivity, driving corrective actions, ensuring equipment reliability, and reducing production costs. The position also plays an active role in training, documentation, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
• 3 years of practical experience in process engineering & automation process
• Knowledge & experience with lean manufacturing/Six Sigma and project management
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Systematic and logical problem-solving approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly accurate, consistent, organized, and detail-oriented in all work assignments
