The Food Service Assistant is responsible for duties such as monitoring food temperature, setting up serving areas, preparing and serving food, restocking areas, cleaning equipment, and receiving payment. Complies with HACCP guidelines, provides customer service, and maintains quality control standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Previous customer service experience
• Retail counting and reconciliation of money
• Knowledge of food service
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
• Ability to perform basic math
