Strength and Conditioning Coach | PRN

Sanford Health is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to design, implement, and supervise comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for athletes and clients of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team mindset, and a thorough understanding of the physiological basis of exercise and programming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in exercise science, kinesiology, health, physical education, recreation, or a closely related discipline
• Two or more years of experience in strength and conditioning at the high school, college, professional, or private sector
• CPR/AED certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment
• CSCS Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) within one year of date hired
• Certification on one of the following areas: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA), USA Weightlifting, and/or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
