AI Solutions Architect - UC, Voice and Data

AI Solutions Architect needed to influence platform direction, define AI-enabled capabilities, and architect AI-driven systems for Sangoma's UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Architecture, Systems Design, AI Solutions Engineering, or similar role
• Knowledge of UCaaS/ CCaaS domains, real-time communications systems, voice, data and telecom concepts
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques, including LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling, speech analytics, agent assist, and automation
