Role Overview

The role will lead and drive the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of AI/ML and agentic AI solutions for clinical data processing, analysis, and regulatory submission.

What You Will Do

Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for AI-driven clinical data capabilities, balancing near-term operational priorities with long-term innovation investments across data ingestion, review, transformation, and submission workflows. Drive cross-functional standards initiatives (CDISC/CDASH/SDTM) to ensure organizational coherence and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience designing and implementing analytics, data science, and AI solutions within clinical data management, statistical programming, or clinical development.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biostatistics, Information Systems, or related scientific field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
