We are seeking a Director of Global Marketing Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is a foundational leadership position at the intersection of strategy and execution. The Director will be responsible for building and operationalizing a full-funnel pipeline generation and progression model, developing multi-touch attribution models, and defining and tracking KPIs across conversion, velocity, and pipeline source. The role requires a strong track record of building attribution models, pipeline frameworks, and analytics infrastructure that inform business decisions, and hands-on experience deploying AI tools in a marketing environment.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, including 6+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
- Demonstrated success transforming marketing organizations from manual/reactive to automated/strategic
- Strong track record building attribution models, pipeline frameworks, and analytics infrastructure that inform business decisions
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools in a marketing environment
- Deep expertise in MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms
- Advanced Excel skills for budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
- Strong executive presence and ability to drive alignment with senior leadership
- Skilled data storyteller who translates insights into clear, business-focused narratives for executive audiences
- Builder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing strategy with hands-on execution
