The Legal Advisory Manager will also be responsible for monitoring authorizations and formalizing corporate acts.

Requirements

• Experience in law firms and/or notaries in the management of fiduciary contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or similar.
• Knowledge in databases, contract review.
• Knowledge and management of Office intermediate.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, organization, sense of urgency, focus on results, assertive communication, problem-solving, teamwork, proactivity, etc.
