Job Description
This role is part of a global team focused on transformation strategy for banks. The partner will drive complex transformation programs, build relationships with global strategic accounts, and contribute to business development. Experience in finance and a strong analytical background are essential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting
- Extensive finance experience with banking expertise
- Strong financial steering knowledge (KPIs, accounting, performance management)
- Hands-on experience in financial transformation (process redesign, operating model evolution, system implementation)
- Proven ability to lead strategic change initiatives
- Risk management expertise
