Job Description
SAP Fioneer is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Strategy and Transformation practice, focusing on shaping and executing high-impact strategies for financial institutions. The role involves leading transformative projects, collaborating with clients, and driving innovation within the financial services industry. The company is known for its agility, innovation, and delivery approach.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in shaping and/or delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurances in international strategy (IT) consultancies, financial services or related fields
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders and expertise in core banking and payments, lending, bank management (risk, or insurance finance)
- Ability to proactively interact with C-level management and a strong network in the Financial Services industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Business fluent in English and German
- Master in business administration, mathematics, commerce or STEM
