Job Description
SAP Fioneer is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic transformation and innovation projects for financial institutions. The role involves shaping the company's future strategy, guiding clients through complex challenges, and leading transformative projects. This position requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in shaping/delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurances in international strategy
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proven contributions to sales of digital transformation projects at large banks/ insurers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Business fluent in English and German
- Master in business administration, mathematics, commerce or STEM
