Job Description
SAP Fioneer is seeking a Senior Manager to drive innovation and transformation within the financial services industry. The role involves shaping strategy, managing complex projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation and financial services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in shaping and/or delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurances in international strategy (IT) consultancies, financial services or related fields
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including third parties
- Proven contributions to sales of digital transformation projects at large banks/ insurers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Business fluent in English and German
- Master in business administration, mathematics, commerce or STEM
