Job Description
SAP is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) to oversee technical and technical managed service aspects of customer engagement from point of sale to entire lifecycle of customer RISE contract. The role requires a strong technical project management skills, customer-facing experience, and knowledge of SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
- High proficiency in SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions
- Strong technical project management skills & customer-facing experience
- Strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical audience
- Excellent presentation, communication and moderator skills
- Good understanding of SAP solutions, operational aspects, and hyperscale clouds
