Platform Engineering Expert

SAP is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and operability of secure data access and connectivity capabilities as part of SAP's Big Data Fabric Services (BDFS).

Requirements

• Core engineering and technical leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency
• Excellent programming skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and run-time complexity (Big-O notation)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and/or Go within cloud-native and Kubernetes-based environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues using technical and product knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Willingsness to continuously learn new technologies and business processes
