Sr. Incident Response Operations Project Coordinator

We're seeking a Sr. Incident Response Operations Project Coordinator to strengthen customer notification processes, establish oversight and monitoring of regulatory and audit activities, and provide executive-level metrics and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supporting cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT Service Management (ITSM), or major incident management environments
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions
• Certification related to Cyber security/ project management CISPP/CISM or PMP/GCPM/ITIL/CSM
