Job description
Provide technical direction and hands-on implementation of projects in a distributed development environment. Manage daily activities of the development team and provide mentoring and feedback.
Develop high-level designs, participate in requirements and design phases, and ensure successful delivery from a technical perspective. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and handling L2 & L3 tickets. Ability to handle change management process and communicate effectively.
