Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM suite specialist to support IT Operations Management and CMDB health for an enterprise environment. The role will involve designing and governing CMDB/CSDM models, implementing Service Mapping, and optimizing Event Management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience (ITOM/CMDB focus)
- Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
- Deep knowledge of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation/normalization; strong CSDM and lifecycle/governance
- Strong scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer
- MID Server configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP/APIs; cloud integration with AWS/Azure/GCP
