
Job description
You will be involved in nuclear power plant systems design, including preparation or review of modification packages, functional mechanical drawings, engineering analyses, technical specifications, and vendor bid evaluations. This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week.
Develop engineering cost estimates, visit client office and/or plant site locations, lead engineering project teams, and make presentations related to engineering tasks and status.
This position requires a strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations that apply to mechanical engineering design of nuclear power plants, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
