Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in wire harness assembly techniques, including soldering, crimping, and connector termination, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a demonstrated track record in assembling and integrating complex electrical systems.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and precision, with the ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
