Sales Support

The Sales Support Specialist supports the Lead-to-Order process by executing and coordinating all sales-related administrative and operational activities, acting as a key interface between Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on Salesforce, data quality, process compliance, and efficient handling of pre-order sales activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of the Lead-to-Order process
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC); SAP / CPQ knowledge is an advantage
• High attention to detail, strong service orientation, and structured working style
• Analytical mindset with reporting and data management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage / preferred
