SATS Norway is looking for physiotherapists to work in our SATS centers. As a physiotherapist at SATS, you will provide unique treatment offers to our members and insured patients.
Requirements
- Authorized physiotherapist with relevant education and experience
- Experience from private practice is emphasized
- Has security within examination methods and diagnostics, as well as planning of further treatment courses
- Experience and knowledge within muscle and skeletal disorders, sports injuries, orthopedics
- Good basic knowledge of training principles, strength training, and program design
- Ability to adapt training courses/treatment methods and approach based on individual needs and goals
- Professionally engaged and concerned about personal development as a therapist
- Concerned about activating the patient, and choose research-based treatment measures relevant to the individual patient
- An inspirer who is concerned about giving customers unique training experiences based on concrete and individual objectives
- Perceived as secure and are good at building and maintaining relationships
- Positive and inclusive
- Strong communication, motivation, and collaboration skills
- Work independently, take the initiative, and take responsibility for developing your own patient base
- Careful to follow procedures, you respect rules and guidelines
