Supervisor, Operations - Industrial Rail

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of rail movements and mechanical reliability
• Safety leader in areas with heavy equipment
• Supervise and instruct Team Members
• Communicate detailed instructions and patiently repeat instructions
• Work a rotating shift, 24-hour day-time schedule
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Proactively identify problem areas with customers and work with manager to develop a resolution
