Philanthropy Coordinator (Temp to Hire)

The Philanthropy Coordinator (Temp) works under the supervision of the Director of Philanthropy to execute and manage a comprehensive fundraising operation for Save the Family.

Requirements

• Enter and maintain records in fundraising database
• Monitor and record 3rd party gifts
• Generate timely acknowledgments and donor pledge correspondence
• Conduct prospective donor research
• Report gifts for deposit
• Charge and process credit card donations
• Reconcile donations
• Conduct periodic clean-up of database
• Assist with production of development materials
• Serve as staff liaison for corporate volunteer opportunities
• Assist in the planning and production of special functions
• Represent Save the Family to various organizations
