Job Description
The Philanthropy Coordinator (Temp) works under the supervision of the Director of Philanthropy to execute and manage a comprehensive fundraising operation for Save the Family.
Requirements
- Enter and maintain records in fundraising database
- Monitor and record 3rd party gifts
- Generate timely acknowledgments and donor pledge correspondence
- Conduct prospective donor research
- Report gifts for deposit
- Charge and process credit card donations
- Reconcile donations
- Conduct periodic clean-up of database
- Assist with production of development materials
- Serve as staff liaison for corporate volunteer opportunities
- Assist in the planning and production of special functions
- Represent Save the Family to various organizations
