Customer Service Rep 1 (Medical Self Pay)

The Customer Service Representative resolves patient healthcare accounts by negotiating payment plans and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a healthcare certification or degree
• At least six months of experience working in a role with a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or completion of a training course
• Experience accessing multiple databases simultaneously and managing multiple open screens
• Ability to meet performance objectives
• Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office
• Experience communicating effectively with customers and simplifying complex information
• Experience working with customer support and issue resolution management
