
Job description
The Market Development Manager will lead a team of Market Development Representatives to drive results in on and off premise accounts. This role will develop and execute Impact Selling programs to drive key sales objectives in their markets.
Lead and manage a team, develop and execute sales programs, motivate and develop internal and wholesale teams, establish and implement strategic programs, achieve volume objectives, plan and execute sales calls, and develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of sales experience, and strong planning and organizational skills. They will be able to work non-traditional hours, travel, and obtain a relevant solicitor's permit.
