Training Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Training Coordinator, you will design and deliver training programs to help employees succeed from day one and throughout their career. You will work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure employees have the tools and knowledge needed to work safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Direct welcome and training programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), create and deliver training content, and maintain equipment skills matrices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, learning development, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and animation skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogical design
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and learning technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
