
Job description
As a Training Coordinator, you will design and deliver training programs to help employees succeed from day one and throughout their career. You will work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure employees have the tools and knowledge needed to work safely and efficiently.
Direct welcome and training programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), create and deliver training content, and maintain equipment skills matrices.
This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and animation skills, as well as a strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogical design.
