DIRECTOR FIELD HUMAN RESOURCES

This position is for a Director of Human Resources who will work closely with business leaders and people managers to shape the organization HR strategy and collaborate across business segments to assure best practices in HR are identified, shared and aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years in progressive HR Generalist experience required.
• Two (2) to five (5) years in a HR leadership position, overseeing a team strongly preferred.
