The GMP Supervisor will coordinate activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program, ensuring compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific SOPs.
Requirements
- Perform duties of employees within the program assigned
- Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues discipline
- Prepare written reports
- Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
- Track equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repair
- Track supplies inventory
- Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment
- Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager
- Correct at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately
- Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement
- Maintain records
