Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is searching for an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Operations for a full-time remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all operational processes across the supply chain, logistics, procurement, and customer service functions to ensure the success and scalability of the company's Amazon FBA business.
Requirements
- 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management, logistics in an ecommerce company
- Experience in a similar position in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across supply chain and customer service
- Experience working with a start-up company/culture
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to communicate thoughts clearly in English, both written and spoken
- The ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and a strong sense of initiative
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced level of Excel/Google sheets
