Cigars International is searching for an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Manager to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering a unique retail experience to our customers by effectively managing day-to-day operations in our store.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to completing tasks.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- General understanding of cigars and the cigar industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
