- technical knowledge in the field of vehicle design and operation
- knowledge of English that enables free communication
- highly developed analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel
- ability to make decisions, assign priorities and organize team work
- developed interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to cooperate with internal and external customers
- driving license category B
- willingness to travel on business trips
