Trainer & Technical Support

The Trainer & Technical Support role provides advanced technical support and designs training programs to raise the technical level of workshop colleagues.

Requirements

• Technical higher education or engineering degree in the industrial, mechanical, mechatronic, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in close contact with a workshop, as a mechanic or technical support
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and IT assistance tools
• Strong problem-solving orientation and excellent relational skills
• Flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills, necessary for daily contact with the mother company and international teams
