Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Technical
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Ability to design, calculate, and validate returnable and expendable packaging
- Experience with material selection (plastics, steel, wood, corrugated, foam) considering durability, sustainability, ergonomics, and cost
- Technical coordination with packaging suppliers, equipment vendors, internal manufacturing, logistics, and quality departments
- Ability to review and approve supplier packaging concepts, prototypes, and technical documentation
- Experience in root‐cause analysis of packaging damage and logistics disruptions
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma principles applied to packaging and logistics)
