Planner - Production

We are seeking a Planner - Production to join our team at Schaeffler. As a Planner - Production, you will be responsible for managing ordering processes and bookings to guarantee that product manufacturing aligns with the agreed specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment and a solid understanding of manufacturing routings, bills of materials (BOM), and QS/TS 9000 requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, or a high school diploma with proven relevant experience
• Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing routings, bills of materials (BOM), and QS/TS 9000 requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications, including mainframe systems, PC-based software, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of plant operations
• Ability to utilize scheduling reports to ensure on-time shipments
• Capable of understanding and adapting manufacturing procedures and timelines
• Able to lift moderately heavy items as required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
