Job Description
The Substitute Principal is responsible for providing instructional and operational leadership to a school, promoting high-quality instructional practices, and cultivating strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, 5 years of experience in education, and 2 years of experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Five years of full-time, paid, professional educational experience
- Two years of experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal
- Possession of a valid Commonwealth of Pennsylvania certificate for an Elementary or Secondary School Principal
