Requirements
- Strong therapeutic skillset to provide holistic interventions to high school students
- Expertise in school counseling and guidance, college and career readiness
- Familiarity with restorative practices, anti-racism education, culturally responsive pedagogy
- Experience in supporting students navigating identity, immigration-related stressors, and family dynamics
- Knowledge of college and career readiness, graduation requirements, and financial aid processes
- Strong communication, recording, and planning skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
