We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL).
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products.
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in test methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, test system design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and production.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality control measures.
- Develop and maintain automated test systems and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes and product quality.
