
Job description
Organize, plan, and ensure the comprehensive management of project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes, including documentation, reporting, and data analysis. Provide technical and strategic guidelines in compliance with project objectives, ensuring data quality, coherence, and proper use.
Plan and program weekly and monthly monitoring activities, implement and follow up on the project's MEAL plan, design and develop data collection tools, lead data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, and presentation, and provide technical assistance and capacity strengthening to project technical staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning of projects funded by international donors, advanced knowledge in database management and information analysis tools, and experience in designing and following up on indicators, logical frameworks, and monitoring systems.
