Senior Program Manager, Automated Test Systems

Role Overview

Lead the integration, testing, and sustainment of a portfolio of complex Automated Test Systems and manual testers. Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management oversight of the design, fabrication, or modification of hardware or software systems for Department of Defense Automated Test Systems and Equipment (ATS/ATE), and Test Program Sets (TPS).

What You Will Do

Provide daily supervision and direction to staff, set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, plan and coordinate schedule activities involving projects or tasks across the ATS Enterprise. Analyze interdependencies between related projects and provide cross-departmental collaboration with other functional areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
• At least 12 years Program Management experience with DoD projects and at least 7 years in a leadership position
• Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in Automated Test Systems and Equipment (ATS/ATE) development, integration, testing, and fielding is highly desirable
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Electronics experience is a plus
