Engineering Technician

Role Overview

Reviewing and applying engineering principles to develop, design, and modify systems, ensuring consistent operational readiness and compliance with DoD standards. Conducting detailed evaluations, tests, and troubleshooting of systems components to verify performance and identify areas for improvement.

What You Will Do

Providing technical expertise during installation, testing, and fielding of systems for communication, mechanical, or electronic applications. Collaborating with engineering and project management teams to execute design modifications, upgrades, and maintenance solutions in alignment with technical requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 4-6 years of experience in an engineering technician role, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and an active DoD Secret security clearance. Familiarity with advanced engineering software tools and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is desired.

• Demonstrated ability to develop, design, modify, test, and evaluate complex mechanical, electronic, or communication systems in compliance with DoD specifications and standards
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
