Senior Engineering Technician

Role Overview

Leading the application of engineering techniques to design, develop, and modify electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems in alignment with DoD requirements. Conducting detailed evaluations, comprehensive testing, and root cause analyses to optimize system designs and ensure operational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Organizing technical data into comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Overseeing system installations, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and operational needs.

Requirements

• Eight years experience in an engineering technician role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in applying engineering techniques, principles, and practices to design, develop, test, evaluate, and modify complex systems, subsystems, or components
• Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
